Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hospital leadership on staffing, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Administer HR programs including benefits, leave management, and compliance training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR support role
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site organizations is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required
