Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global External Workforce Program Manager (REMOTE New England).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale a global External Workforce program to align with business needs
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance, service quality, and cost efficiency
• Oversee vendor contracts, performance, and compliance with global labor laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in external workforce or talent acquisition program management
• 3+ years of experience managing MSP and/or VMS providers
• Proven expertise in worker classification and compliance across multiple regions
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and supplier contracts
