Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Market Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management with guidelines on employee relations matters through coaching and investigation
• Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and staffing for management positions
• Administer performance appraisals, compensation, and benefits programs

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Human Resource strategy with accountability for retention and employee engagement
• 5 years of Supervisory/Management experience or 5 years of Military experience
• Previous experience administering Performance Management, Benefits, and Compensation
• 3 years multi-unit Human Resource management experience preferred
• Current Human Resources certification preferred
