Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and maintain HRIS records for employee changes
  • Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and compliance with regulations
  • Ensure data integrity through audits and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll functions and benefits regulations
  • Prior HR Manager or Generalist experience preferred
