Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and maintain HRIS records for employee changes
- Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and compliance with regulations
- Ensure data integrity through audits and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now
- Extensive knowledge of payroll functions and benefits regulations
- Prior HR Manager or Generalist experience preferred
