A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Internal Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ATS to post job openings, screen candidates, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement market-specific strategies to fill openings and build a candidate pipeline
- Partner with agency leadership to meet recruitment needs using creative sourcing strategies and analytics
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices and ATS
- Strong client and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and possess a proactive, results-driven work ethic
