Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Internal Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the ATS to post job openings, screen candidates, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement market-specific strategies to fill openings and build a candidate pipeline
• Partner with agency leadership to meet recruitment needs using creative sourcing strategies and analytics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare
• College degree or equivalent experience required
• Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices and ATS
• Strong client and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and possess a proactive, results-driven work ethic
