Key Responsibilities
- Establish and evolve key people analytics dashboards and data visualizations
- Partner with business leaders to manage analytics-driven workflows and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Advise on data collection, storage, integration, and maintenance for accuracy and integrity
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or business intelligence
- Strong technical skills in analytics tools (e.g., Mode, Tableau, PowerBI) and data manipulation (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python)
- Experience in automating reporting and building scalable dashboards
- Project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of key HR metrics and data governance best practices
