Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Analytics Analyst to shape how decisions are made regarding personnel through data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve key people analytics dashboards and data visualizations
• Partner with business leaders to manage analytics-driven workflows and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Advise on data collection, storage, integration, and maintenance for accuracy and integrity

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or business intelligence
• Strong technical skills in analytics tools (e.g., Mode, Tableau, PowerBI) and data manipulation (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python)
• Experience in automating reporting and building scalable dashboards
• Project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of key HR metrics and data governance best practices
