Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a high-performing HR shared services model, including offshore delivery centers
• Drive operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across HR processes
• Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HRIS platforms and ensure compliance across all HR systems

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR operations experience, with at least 5 years in a technology services or consulting company
• Proven experience in setting up and managing offshore shared services teams
• Expertise in HRIS systems, data analytics, and reporting
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and global labor regulations
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
