Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple departments and roles
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and create sourcing strategies
• Source, screen, and close candidates while ensuring a strong candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on high-volume hiring
• Experience in startup environments and comfortable with ambiguity
• Proficient in Greenhouse ATS (required) and familiar with Gem (preferred)
• Skilled in sourcing with deep LinkedIn Recruiter experience
• Highly organized and able to manage 15+ open requisitions simultaneously
