Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple departments and roles
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and create sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and close candidates while ensuring a strong candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on high-volume hiring
- Experience in startup environments and comfortable with ambiguity
- Proficient in Greenhouse ATS (required) and familiar with Gem (preferred)
- Skilled in sourcing with deep LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Highly organized and able to manage 15+ open requisitions simultaneously
