Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits and Compensation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in compensation and benefits
  • Develop and analyze employee benefits plans to maintain competitive positioning
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefit plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum seven (7) years of progressive benefits, compensation, and/or human resource experience
  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and compensation regulations
  • Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
