Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits and Compensation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert in compensation and benefits
- Develop and analyze employee benefits plans to maintain competitive positioning
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefit plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum seven (7) years of progressive benefits, compensation, and/or human resource experience
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and compensation regulations
- Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
