Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business partners to identify headcount needs and create job postings
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry
- Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar tools is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
