Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business partners to identify headcount needs and create job postings

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field
• 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar tools is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
