Key Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly payout cycle, including calculation, validation, dispute management, and communication
- Oversee compensation tools, ensuring data integrity and operational workflows while partnering with the GTM Ops/Technology team
- Track plan performance and deliver reports to stakeholders, identifying operational pain points and proposing process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales and customer success compensation administration
- Proficiency with compensation tools like Everstage or CaptivateIQ
- Experience in monthly payout operations, including dispute resolution and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/BI for validating complex payout processes
- Collaborative and detail-oriented mindset with cross-functional communication skills
