Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in HRBP roles supporting senior executives
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and develop people strategies with measurable outcomes
- Depth in multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations and talent planning
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence senior leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
