Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in employee relations in the Netherlands, with experience in high-risk cases
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• 6+ years of HR generalist experience, particularly in employee relations
• Cross-country HR experience with a global focus
• Experience partnering with Dutch Works Councils and navigating legal nuances
