Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle and support a dynamic company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on policies and mediating disputes
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback for performance improvement
  • Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including new hire enrollments and open enrollment periods
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably within a startup or technology company
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws
  • Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Gusto, or similar)
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
