Key Responsibilities
- Lead new hire orientation and maintain HRIS procedures related to onboarding
- Oversee I-9 maintenance and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Organize resumes, pre-screen candidates, and support the Recruiting and HR departments with various projects
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or relevant experience
- Basic understanding of HR or Recruiting best practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable speaking in front of an audience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
