- Coach hiring managers on best practices and support the full-cycle recruitment process
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting experience in tech, science, or related fields
- Experience managing multiple complex requisitions, including niche talent
- Proficient in using hiring applicant tracking systems
- Deep sourcing, interview, assessment, and selection experience
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new Talent Acquisition systems and processes
