Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the leader/physician recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates, making recommendations based on fit and organizational needs
- Collaborate with leadership to strategize on recruitment opportunities and maintain accurate tracking of candidates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public relations, marketing, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in executive, leader, and/or physician recruitment
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conceptualize and plan for future recruitment needs
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse audiences
