Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Provider Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leader/physician recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates, making recommendations based on fit and organizational needs
• Collaborate with leadership to strategize on recruitment opportunities and maintain accurate tracking of candidates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public relations, marketing, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in executive, leader, and/or physician recruitment
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to conceptualize and plan for future recruitment needs
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse audiences
