Generalist Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruiting life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring plans and roadmaps
• Implement targeted sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline
• Conduct global searches across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• In-house recruitment experience for various roles
• Experience in direct recruitment and building enterprise sales teams
• Prior knowledge or experience in Blockchain/Crypto is ideal
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
