- Conduct global searches across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- In-house recruitment experience for various roles
- Experience in direct recruitment and building enterprise sales teams
- Prior knowledge or experience in Blockchain/Crypto is ideal
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
