Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for sales and complex positions
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to develop and implement recruiting strategies
- Oversee recruitment processes and lead various talent acquisition-related projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 8 years of complex recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare sales
- 4+ years of recruitment experience for Field Sales roles
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Familiarity with recruiting trends, laws, and transformations
