Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, primarily focusing on R&D positions
• Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and design interview processes aligned with business goals
• Continuously build and maintain evergreen pipelines of top candidates for current and future hiring needs

Required Qualifications

• Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, particularly for technical roles
• Deep expertise in hiring engineers, product managers, and product designers
• Ability to manage 10-15 roles per quarter while maintaining quality and speed
• Strong experience with ATS and sourcing platforms, including the use of AI tools
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to report on key recruiting metrics
