A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to develop and implement HR processes supporting strategic growth
- Provide performance management guidance and support to line management
- Develop people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including performance management and employment laws
- Experience with HRIS administration; Oracle experience is a plus
