Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with management to develop and implement HR processes supporting strategic growth
• Provide performance management guidance and support to line management
• Develop people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including performance management and employment laws
• Experience with HRIS administration; Oracle experience is a plus
