Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Risk & Privacy Program Manager to join the People Risk, Privacy, Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end risk assessments for projects involving people data and collaborate with legal teams
- Resolve issues identified during reviews in partnership with legal and compliance teams
- Develop and manage communication plans to inform stakeholders about program status, issues, and risks
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in privacy compliance, employment compliance, AI compliance, and risk management
- Experience in 2nd line of defense risk management or internal audit within a tech company
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in data analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in managing complex privacy issues and providing data-driven insights
