Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition (Fractional Recruiting).

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with client leadership teams to execute recruiting strategies for high-level SaaS and tech roles
• Building and optimizing the infrastructure of a new fractional recruiting division
• Leading client-facing recruiting projects from job intake to closing

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in the SaaS and tech industries
• Proven track record of building and leading recruiting teams
• Experience in managing and mentoring recruiting staff
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms
• Startup mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
