Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to join their HR Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Tier 1 HR-support tickets and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
- Maintain internal employee resources and documentation, and assist with compliance-related tasks
- Collaborate with HRBPs on lifecycle changes and support HR systems data maintenance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations with hands-on employee data management
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exposure to HR compliance and HRBP programs
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now or Workday
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment
