Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Manager, Incentive Compensation to oversee cash and stock incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of cash-based and stock-based incentive programs
  • Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Develop communication plans and ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance of incentive programs
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in incentive compensation, including team management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred or progress toward certification
