Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Manager, Incentive Compensation to oversee cash and stock incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of cash-based and stock-based incentive programs
- Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals while collaborating cross-functionally
- Develop communication plans and ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance of incentive programs
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in incentive compensation, including team management experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred or progress toward certification
