Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Representative II-Contingent/Non Benefit Eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage escalated colleague issues and complex inquiries, providing support via calls, live chat, and colleague portal
- Assist with training and implementation of new HR processes and ensure documentation is updated
- Gather analytics and metrics from Contact Center cases for quality reporting and manage inquiries not supported by the HRSC
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma with three years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role, or equivalent education and experience
- Preferred Associate's degree in Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources, or related field
- Basic knowledge of HRIS systems and understanding of benefits and payroll transactions
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
