Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the full life cycle recruiting process for assigned business units
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and manage third-party search partners
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain staffing metrics and data integrity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in full-life cycle salaried recruitment
  • At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing a requisition load of at least 20 open positions
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
