Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a Director leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning
  • Expertise with ATS platforms and data-driven recruiting metrics
