HR Generalist with Multi-State Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support HR operations across a large employee organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on employment laws and ensure compliance across multiple states
• Administer and optimize HRIS, lead process improvements, and maintain accurate employee data
• Assist with benefits and payroll operations, and support employee relations and engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of HR generalist or HR operations experience in a multi-state environment
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law, especially in CA, CO, and NY
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle HCM or similar systems
• Hands-on experience with benefits administration and payroll processing support
