Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support HR operations across a large employee organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employment laws and ensure compliance across multiple states
- Administer and optimize HRIS, lead process improvements, and maintain accurate employee data
- Assist with benefits and payroll operations, and support employee relations and engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of HR generalist or HR operations experience in a multi-state environment
- Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law, especially in CA, CO, and NY
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle HCM or similar systems
- Hands-on experience with benefits administration and payroll processing support
