Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Systems and Benefits Implementation Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transfer of eligibility and demographic data to third-party benefits administrators and carriers
- Review and approve plan rules, rates, and eligibility logic in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors
- Support Open Enrollment activities and ensure compliance with applicable U.S. and Canadian regulations
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in benefits administration, including work with U.S. and Canadian populations
- Experience managing benefits in an outsourced environment with third-party administrators
- Strong understanding of U.S. regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA) and Canadian provincial requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus
