Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems and Benefits Implementation Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate transfer of eligibility and demographic data to third-party benefits administrators and carriers
  • Review and approve plan rules, rates, and eligibility logic in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors
  • Support Open Enrollment activities and ensure compliance with applicable U.S. and Canadian regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in benefits administration, including work with U.S. and Canadian populations
  • Experience managing benefits in an outsourced environment with third-party administrators
  • Strong understanding of U.S. regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA) and Canadian provincial requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus
