Key Responsibilities
- Develop standardized service packages and scalable processes for absence management consulting
- Serve as a subject matter expert for FMLA, ADA, disability, and compliance-related challenges
- Hire, mentor, and grow a team of consultants and analysts while ensuring high-quality results across all engagements
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting or related HR disciplines
- Deep expertise in absence programs including FMLA, ADA, disability, and PFML
- Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams in a consulting setting
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex engagements on time
- Experience advising senior HR leaders and executives
