Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiting operations by scheduling interviews and managing ATS records
- Manage onboarding processes and prepare employee contracts and updates
- Assist with performance review cycles and contribute to employee engagement programs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or Recruiting
- Familiarity with HR/ATS tools (Lever and Rippling/Gusto a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive and flexible in a fast-paced, global startup environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
