Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and compliance in compensation practices
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits, preferably in a high-growth fintech or tech environment
  • Strong expertise in designing salary structures and benefits programs across multiple countries
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Proven track record managing global salary architecture and equity compensation
  • Experience with benchmarking tools and HRIS systems, with proficiency in Excel and compensation analytics
