A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter with a strong focus on executive search.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end executive search, including market mapping and final offer negotiations
- Partner with C-level executives to define hiring needs and strategies for leadership roles
- Manage the recruitment process for a mix of executive and non-executive roles
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1 year in executive search/headhunting
- Proven track record of successfully closing senior leadership positions in IT/product-driven companies
- Strong research and sourcing skills, including competitor analysis
- Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English for communication with international leaders and candidates
