Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Recruiter to support hiring efforts for store-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for field roles using various recruitment methods
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment
- Serve as a point of contact for field recruitment inquiries and manage job board subscriptions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related discipline preferred
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a 3rd party agency environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and priorities
- Proficiency in MS Suite and experience with recruitment management tools is a plus
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills required
