HRIS Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Business Analyst - Global Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize HR systems to support HR and business initiatives
• Collaborate with HR and IT to evaluate business needs and potential solutions
• Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, and user inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or HR systems support preferred
• Experience with HRIS platforms and processes such as onboarding and performance management
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
