A company is looking for an HRIS Business Analyst - Global Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize HR systems to support HR and business initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and IT to evaluate business needs and potential solutions
- Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, and user inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or HR systems support preferred
- Experience with HRIS platforms and processes such as onboarding and performance management
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
