- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure data integrity across recruiting platforms
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or related administrative roles
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and Google Docs
- Experience with calendar management and interview scheduling platforms
- Basic understanding of recruiting processes and candidate lifecycle management
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
