Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support HR processes in Workday/SAP, including employee lifecycle and HR reporting
• Handle HR documentation and administer data quality reports
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve service quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of HR systems, specifically Workday and/or SAP
• 3 years of experience in an HR environment
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a concentration in HR
• Technical expertise in HR processes and understanding of process dependencies
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking and writing skills required
