Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Workday Recruiting & Onboarding Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, configure, and maintain Workday Recruiting and Onboarding systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into HR technology solutions
• Drive continuous improvement and provide guidance on system functionality and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience configuring and managing Workday HCM, with 3 years focused on Workday Recruiting
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting
• Experience leading HRIS projects and working with senior HR leadership
• Prior HRIS experience for a publicly traded organization preferred
