Key Responsibilities
- Lead, configure, and maintain Workday Recruiting and Onboarding systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into HR technology solutions
- Drive continuous improvement and provide guidance on system functionality and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience configuring and managing Workday HCM, with 3 years focused on Workday Recruiting
- Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting
- Experience leading HRIS projects and working with senior HR leadership
- Prior HRIS experience for a publicly traded organization preferred
