Required Qualifications

• Experience transitioning from fully insured to self-funded health insurance
• Strong knowledge of plan design, stop-loss insurance, and regulatory compliance
• Operational excellence with the ability to drive complex initiatives independently
• Systems mindset with experience in building and automating for scale
• Confidence in collaborating with executive leaders across various departments
