Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll & HR Specialist to manage payroll processing and provide HR support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain payroll records while ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Provide general HR support, manage employee data, and assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Support HR reporting, invoice processing, and cross-functional HR projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or at least 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
- General knowledge of Human Resources functional areas
- Demonstrated knowledge of payroll, data integrity, reporting, and compliance
- Must exhibit the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proven success in a fast-paced and changing environment
