Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business growth
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, process optimization, and performance metrics
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with business needs and fostering continuous development
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership in end-to-end recruitment operations
- Experience managing and developing teams of 10+ recruiters in diverse environments
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence talent-related decisions
- Expertise in recruitment analytics and tools, including defining KPIs and implementing technologies
- Experience in fast-growing or scaling companies is a strong plus
