Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business growth
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, process optimization, and performance metrics
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with business needs and fostering continuous development

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership in end-to-end recruitment operations
• Experience managing and developing teams of 10+ recruiters in diverse environments
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence talent-related decisions
• Expertise in recruitment analytics and tools, including defining KPIs and implementing technologies
• Experience in fast-growing or scaling companies is a strong plus
