Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director to lead and advance its mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and implement the organizational vision across service states
• Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, donors, and partners
• Oversee daily operations and manage hiring, evaluation, and dismissal of staff

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar membership in Washington, Idaho, or Montana
• Proven success in organizational leadership and strategic planning
• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, and board engagement
• Experience managing budgets of $2M+ and overseeing HR and finance
