Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll, including multi-state tax compliance and garnishments
- Maintain and audit employee data in the HRIS system and respond to payroll inquiries
- Develop and implement HR operational processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations and payroll
- Strong experience with multi-state payroll and compliance-related tasks
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws
- Proven ability to manage and improve HRIS and payroll systems
