Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Payroll Manager responsible for overseeing HR operational functions and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll, including multi-state tax compliance and garnishments
• Maintain and audit employee data in the HRIS system and respond to payroll inquiries
• Develop and implement HR operational processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations and payroll
• Strong experience with multi-state payroll and compliance-related tasks
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws
• Proven ability to manage and improve HRIS and payroll systems
