Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and create Ideal Candidate Profiles
- Build and maintain pipelines for full-time and specialized part-time roles
- Experiment with creative sourcing strategies and track sourcing activity metrics
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sourcing experience in talent acquisition or sales, preferably in a high-growth company
- Demonstrated success in sourcing for corporate/business roles
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator and familiarity with other sourcing tools
- Experience working within an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- Bonus: Experience sourcing in education, edtech, or academic markets
