Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Talent Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and create Ideal Candidate Profiles
• Build and maintain pipelines for full-time and specialized part-time roles
• Experiment with creative sourcing strategies and track sourcing activity metrics

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing experience in talent acquisition or sales, preferably in a high-growth company
• Demonstrated success in sourcing for corporate/business roles
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator and familiarity with other sourcing tools
• Experience working within an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
• Bonus: Experience sourcing in education, edtech, or academic markets
