A company is looking for a Global Benefits Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and administration of benefits programs and policies
- Collaborate with the benefits team and external partners to develop innovative solutions and coordinate annual benefit plan renewals
- Maintain HR and organizational portals, manage project plans, and support compliance reporting efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in benefits, HR shared services, HR operations, or project management
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration, with global experience preferred
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with Workday experience strongly preferred
- Digitally savvy with above-average proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
