Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Benefits Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of benefits programs and policies
  • Collaborate with the benefits team and external partners to develop innovative solutions and coordinate annual benefit plan renewals
  • Maintain HR and organizational portals, manage project plans, and support compliance reporting efforts


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in benefits, HR shared services, HR operations, or project management
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, with global experience preferred
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with Workday experience strongly preferred
  • Digitally savvy with above-average proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
