A company is looking for a People Development Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee relations cases, workplace investigations, and performance plans while maintaining confidentiality
- Own and enhance the performance management program, including execution and process improvement
- Manage internal knowledge base content and collaborate with People Operations on various initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR/People Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with HR systems and tools (Culture Amp and Paylocity preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
