Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Support Advisor - Temp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for Team Member inquiries related to Payroll, Benefits, and HR Operations
- Diagnose issues and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 teams as necessary
- Manage and document tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate information and follow-up with Team Members
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or HR support, preferably in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with HR systems, such as Workday, and ticketing systems is advantageous
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing procedures in a fast-paced environment
