Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Support Advisor - Temp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support for Team Member inquiries related to Payroll, Benefits, and HR Operations
  • Diagnose issues and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 teams as necessary
  • Manage and document tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate information and follow-up with Team Members
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or HR support, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Familiarity with HR systems, such as Workday, and ticketing systems is advantageous
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing procedures in a fast-paced environment
