Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the People Team inbox and respond to employee inquiries
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Maintain employee records and generate reports on workforce trends
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
