Key Responsibilities
- Manage the People Team inbox and respond to employee inquiries
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Maintain employee records and generate reports on workforce trends
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role
- Experience working in a fully remote environment
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
