Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage job architecture and leveling program, including titling frameworks and pay transparency readiness
  • Oversee annual compensation cycles across the enterprise, including base salary and sales incentives
  • Partner with business leaders on sales/GTM incentive design and drive modernization of compensation processes
Required Qualifications
  • Significant compensation experience (typically 8+ years) with exposure to broad-based and sales/GTM plan design
  • Proven success in leading large-scale projects related to compensation systems and processes
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Experience with Workday compensation
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, growth-focused environments
