- Partner with business leaders on sales/GTM incentive design and drive modernization of compensation processes
Required Qualifications
- Significant compensation experience (typically 8+ years) with exposure to broad-based and sales/GTM plan design
- Proven success in leading large-scale projects related to compensation systems and processes
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Experience with Workday compensation
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, growth-focused environments
